In the presence of the Holy Prophet, the Holy Prophet ordered him to go to India and bestowed good news on him. After that, he travelled to various places for spiritual pursuits and met with many elders. In Mubarak, he declared, "My footsteps are on the necks of all the saints." The eunuch clashed with the hearings of Gharib Nawaz.

In 583 AH, Khawaja Moinuddin Ajmeri, accompanied by his mentor Hazrat Khawaja Usman Haruni, set out for Mecca and Madinah to visit the Holy Shrine and Kaaba. After completing the Hajj of Baitullah, he attended the Holy Prophet's shrine in Madinah and greeted the Holy Prophet (saw) with reverence and respect.

 “Prayer and peace be upon you or Sayyid Al-Mursalin and Khatam-un-Nabiyyin.” A voice came from the Holy Prophet’s shrine. “Peace be upon you or the Sultan ul Hand .” He ordered, "Go and preach Islam in the Indian subcontinent." So he sought permission from his follower Hazrat Khawaja Usman Haruni and left for India. After that, he went to the city of Awliya Multan Sharif, stayed here for some time and mastered the language and became rich with the blessings and spiritual wealth of Awliya Multan. Besides, he got information about the situation and events in Delhi and Ajmer. , So that a plan of action can be formulated in the future for the propagation and propagation of Islam. He made Ajmer the centre of preaching Islam.

This spiritual lineage of Hazrat Khawaja Gharib Nawaz was greatly enhanced by Hazrat Khawaja Bakhtiar Kaki, Hazrat Baba Farid-ud-Din Ganj-e-Shukr, Hazrat Khawaja Nizamuddin Auliya, Hazrat Khawaja Qibla Alam Noor Mohammad Maharoo and Hazrat Khawaja Shah Mohammad Sulaiman Tunsuwai.
